Never a police car about when you see these incidents!
One question that I think is have they got a relevant licence, any experience towing trailers and have they read the Highway Code.
If an artic strayed into the outside lane, the driver would almost certainly be going to see the Traffic Commissioner.
Two years ago saw a car that had actually been turned over when the caravan went. Caravan was smashed to pieces and car had been flipped over on its side and was straddling the safety barrer in the middle of the motorway. The tow ball and hitch was still attached. I can only assume the car had been towing in the fast lane when they lost control of the caravan. The car was a Range Rover so was quite hefty but the caravan had managed to flip it over. Frightening!

That's the trouble with 4x4's, they have a high centre of gravity so if they are involved in an incident they are more likely to roll.
