Hi,
I have had a different experience and just cancelled my order.
Having used blackcircles for our cars and van over the past few years, was going to give TOTD a go. They were about £15 a tyre dearer than blackcircles but I though a bit less hassle in not having to tow van down to the fitter.
Ordered tyres on Thursday for fitting on Tuesday. Order confirmed by TOTD on Friday and asked to make sure I was ready so as not to hold fitter up. Got phone call on Tuesday morning to be advised that the fitter would not be with me as the distributor had not delivered the tyres to him.
Apparently, when they accepted the order "most" people did not realise that Monday was a bank holiday so delivery did not happen to the fitter on Monday. Thankfully the staff there remembered prior to turning up to work on Monday!
They were surprised when I cancelled the order. Will be using blackcircles again in the future.
May just be a one off but they will not get a second chance with me.
