Our local market has extending brushes which attach to a hosepipe. I use steps which give me good accces to the roof as well as being stable. Then use the brush and attach the hose to rinse off. I have knelt on the edge of the van roof once but it was uncomfortable and not too safe. Found Aldi caravan cleaner very good, but this time bought some Turtle brand orange oil cleaner from B &Q. 5 litres for £6.50, did a great job all over👍😊
