Just checked in my area, and found one at £575, and one at £636. The first one is outdoors only, the second one does have indoor storage, which I know is not very good, priced at a horrific £1,260!
Needless to say I keep my caravan at home. A year undercover at the nearest caravan storage to my home would cost me more than I paid for the caravan!!
------------- Best Regards,
Colin

We store at a modern, secure, indoor site in France .... 185 Euros a year.
That's a great idea, must investigate that. We're planning a lot of Europe in the next few years once we've got the rental houses renovated and occupied but living in the north of Scotland, having the caravan already over there would seriously reduce the cost of the first stage of the journey.
I'm well impressed with that, it's opened up a lot of possibilities for us and like all the best ideas, so simple.
Our storage went up from £360 to £420 in 12 months and we weren't happy with it there, weren't using van much as by the time we got it out of the storage place it was an hour, making weekend getaways awkward as I don't finish work till 6pm on a Friday! so we now have a seasonal pitch for £950 a year, we can go off site if we want a longer tour, it seemed to make better sense for us.
I was previously looking at buying a caravan quite a few years ago, about 20 or so I think. The cost of storage was one of the reasons we decided not to go ahead. It was about £20-30 per month
Glad to say that we bought our first van last week and it's sat on the drive next to the garage.
We've just paid probably an extra 10k for a house that has enough parking to get ours off the road, and not blocking the front door, or next doors windows. Are we mad?

We also store in France about 40 miles from Cherbourg / 60 miles from Ouistreham, on a British owned B&B with attached CL type site and storage. Very handy to have the van ready on a pitch for a couple of nights at the start of the holiday and then to leave ready to go away at the end. Can't match Kelper for price though - €275 per year for secure outdoor storage, but it suits us to have it nearer the ports. Also the owner fits wheel clamps (including Alko) and hitch locks, which we need for our insurance.
