I have an internal tank so make sure that is full before going to bed and then bring the pump inside. There isthen plenty of water for showers and breakfast. One morning I could not break the ice on the aquaroll to put the pump back in but the internal tank was fine.
Very good advice as no good having usable water in the aquaroll, but the pump will not work as it is frozen up and cracked.

In really cold weather the site taps can freeze so fill a container with enough water for your morning's needs, plus some to pour boiling water on the tap. Store water in the van overnight.
We have been fortunate in having continental vans with inbuilt water tanks which cure most freezing issues as long as we can get a site tap to work.
However at -1 C I don't foresee you having any real issues, that's not "cold".
