tyres are pretty resilient things otherwise they would all have flat spots on the bottom simply from leaving a vehicle parked in the same place for a few weeks.. :)

And that's the best solution to take to avoid any future tyre damage plus the hard fact is that a motor mover was never designed to be a security device anyway. It's never been listed with caravan insurance as being a theft deterrent, not like a wheel clamp, hitch lock, alarm or a tracker etc.
Surely, it cannot help the mover unit either, being under stress for such long periods. It has to deform the bar at some point, reducing the efficiency of said mover when its needed.
