We don't use the car when at a site, I walk or use a bus. I find bus drivers are really good at getting close to the kerb to make getting on with the wheelchair easy.
I do fold up the wheelchair and put it in the car when moving between sites.

We camped for years. In 2019 we bought an Elddis Avante 454. We like it as it is short (6.9m) and fits in our driveway and has a fixed bed.
We had 127 nights away in the caravan in 2023.

I’ve always had what I call a storage tent for chairs etc, bit bigger than a toilet tent. I’ve never had to pay extra for it on a pitch.
