as we're on the subject of the Bretagne, and following on from my prev post, we still have our some 2 years down the line and are very happy with it. We've had the usual condensation problem which we've coped with. I've added a flourescent light above the door and an additional 12 volt light over the 'lounge' area. I've also removed the large 'step' under the side dinette to give more leg room. I've also taken out the wine bottle holder and the glass lid above the sink se we can use the space behind it. I've noticed recently that the bathroom door covering is come off on the hinged edge which the dealer stuck back on. Oh yes and we've also replaced the front drawer/table unit for a custom made cushion which we find much better for lounging around (the drawers were pretty hopeless anyway). That's it for now.

Hi everyone. We too have a bretagne, a new series 6 (bought it about 2 weeks before bailey announced the series 7 was coming out, typical), however, we are wondering what size awning other series 6 owners are using. Our supplying dealer got our old 960cm awning extended to 990cm but the handbook states the size has too be 1008cm. After trying the awning upon its return i feel it is still too short but the dealer is sure it is correct. They say that the skirt has to be 50% on the ground and 50% vertical. This is achievable if on 100% level ground but that is not always possible. Hope someone can help. Many thanks

Colin
