they look fantastic, i  wonder if a disabled person could put it up easily? as i struggle to reach up & have  muscle strength problems, the awning i have now i havent been able to use for last 2 years because of this, & thats a bradcot (large porch) awning was £485 in teal & grey just like new. i would try & sell that as only used it 3 times (when i was fitter) is £200  a decent price does anyone think? thanks, san

Hi

Got my Easi Porch Awning yesterday. Looks great out of the bag on the floor, can't wait to try it on our first trip on the year in 2 weeks time. No more wet boots - heaven!!!

BTW I ordered from this site and was very impressed by the quality of service and speed of delivery.

Lunnie - Check out the height of the Romahome - if its 255cm or under then the Movelite and the Navigator would be perfect.

Dear all,

I am looking for an awning  that is like the porches described, but that is full size. So like a tent attached on the side. Something that is bigger but mega easy to put up.

Any ideas?

Ta,

Babyd

Just got back from a meet where we used the Compactalite awning for the first time. It was brilliant. So easy to erect & take down & lots of room. Loads of people on the meet were VERY impressed & I think a few will be buying them through UKCS.

Excellent value.....

Hi,

The Burgundy Easi Porch will be availabe in two to three weeks.

Hydrostatic Head refers to waterproofneed.  2000 refers to the amount of water in .mm that can be held on the fabric until it leaks - so 2,000mm is very waterproof and ideal for use in the UK.

The Easi Porch is great for people with disabilities.  Once the awning channel is threaded into the rail all of the other work is done at ground level.

Hope that helps.

Daniel.

Hi, no, no-one said that. They're just like normal awnings which go on your door side, with the door opening into them. They are designed to be used as a porch area by the door, so ideal for your requirements.

Mercury is grey

Hope that helps
Ian

We have th Moverlight awning and have now used it 3 times. We have a motorhome with door at the back, it fits fine. Changing to a caravan in the near future and will be using same awning for caravan. Doesn"t matter if wet when time to go home. Stuff it into bin bag and throw over the banister or in garage overnight, then pack away next day. beter than the big heavy canvas ones.[:D]

Hi Daniel, Ian, Steve,

The Movelite drive away Awning looks ideal for a friend of mine who has been looking at an idea to enable them to sleep in their VW Sharan, and have somewhere to park a wheelchair and other bits and bobs.
Couple of questions, you just knew there would be! lol

1. Could the Movelite be fitted to a side door or is it only for the rear of the vehicle?
2. On the vehicle that will be used with it the tailgate opens upwards as opposed to the door type in the pictures, would this still be OK?

Cheers guys, excellent awnings and porches at great prices!

Your all okay on those questions Papa Pip.  It doesnt matter how the door opens and it can be attached to a side door as well as rear.

It would be great if people can send in pics of their movelite in action.

It is a great piece of kit and lots of people are finding an ideal solution, where previously they'd struggle to get anything as universal.

I've some how ended up with two logins as well here but I'll stick with this one now (dont know how that happened!)
