I was at Oakdene for 6 nights over the new year and was talking to the site warden. He told me that Shorefields had just purchased Merley Court and that they were interviewing for a site warden there. I then asked at reception about easter site availability, and they to mentioned Merley Court.
He also said that they were probably removing the ornamental garden there to make more space.
Also, if you look at the link above, it says "Permanent Resident Warden and Permanent Assistant Resident Warden – Full time positions available at newly acquired park"
So, looks like is true.
