Just to say thanks to Andy for gatecrashing the rally! We very much enjoyed his company as did several of our fellow ralliers this weekend. We learnt alot about caravan reviews amongst other things and he certainly got a lot of input to take back with him to the magazine! Thanks for coming Andy - hope to see you again soon.

What has struck me meeting the many good people this weekend is just how much PLEASURE caravanning gives people. From the families who enjoy quality time together to the widow who finds joy and friendship in her rallying friends, there's just so much pleasure and enjoyment out there. I find it quite humbling to be part of it all, and I have to say that the people who knock our hobby can have absolutely no comprehension at all as to how much good it brings into people's lives.

...and I'd like to thank my editor, the viewers, the cleaner, the man who makes the tea...

Right, Oscar speech over, time to fret now over the caravan that was due to arrive and still hasn't turned up. But it's fine... really, I'm not panicking...
