We have a Bailey Arizona series 5 2006, faults well, yes noisy pump but hardly a fualt given its size and position and this was pointed out to us bythe sales guy as soon as we entered the van ( honesty for you ) we have just put it in for its first service, Bailey changed the catch on the front bay table at some point and ours has un-done and caused damage to the wooden trim. I am pleased to say that both the dealer and Bailey are replacing and updating this under warranty, the black out screen and surrounding front sky light trim has distorted and made operation awkward, again they are replacing this under warranty. The front pull out bed slat's leading trim detached and the edge of the timber failed, again under warranty.
I can only assume that I have a very good dealer or the combination of the two, whilst I am not happy with any faults the willingness to put things right draws me back to the same dealer and Bailey eavery time.

Had serious creaking in the Monarch. Told that was how modern vans were. Very annoyed, our latest modern van doesn't have any creaking, we've either been fobbed or robbed!
