Just got back from Pembrey CC site, the weather was dull to say the least but the site was excellent and the Wardens put on a 'do' christmas eve which was very nice. Pembrey park is great for walking and cycling which we did a lot of and the sea is 10 minutes away. After 3 years of winter caravanning, I think I've at last got the heating sorted. Sadly the Trauma on electric is not up to the job however on gas blown air it's brilliant and turns the washroom into a great drying room. 2 fan heaters one at either end of the awning set on 1 kw kept the awning nice and warm and we were able to sit out in it at night. We've ditched the halogen heater as a complete waste of space. I think you have to be a real 'diehard' to camp at christmas and I think this will be our last time as the g/kids are growing up Christmas at home with all the family looks more inviting.
