me again!! under trades description act - I know If something is advertised as a certain thing, then when you get it, it isn't, you can get your money back. Therefore is the same as private selling....IE "this is a dry van" and when you get it checked out it is damp, if theya re stating dry - and it is damp, could you get your money back??
will someone just give me a brand new bailey 6 birth for £8000 - anybody work at a dealership who can lose the odd van? and want £8000 in their back pocket?
