An electrician to test the electrics? What, just to check the road lights work?
A Ministry Of Transport official to test the brakes? I didn't notice one at my last M.O.T. for the car.
A Corgi gas fitter? Why? What's the gas system got to do with road safety (which is what an M.O.T. is all about)?
