What about painting them green, with flower designs like they do on the canal boats? Still, I suppose some clot would take a short cut to the toilet block, and fall over what he thought was a garden border! Be a laugh, though!
I had to put by bottle utside the locker on my last van, unless I wanted to use a baby 4.5Kg thing, it wouldnt fit anything else.
I did hae a cover made of canvas for it tho, next to the awning you could barely see it. I used a 13Kg propane, now the bottles fit in the locker, just a standard sized.

Considering the weight of these large cylinders, in the case of a severe collision, would any securing hold? When you start to do things that are outside the norm, you need to very carefully take stock of all the implications that you actions may produce.
