got there and the guy went through how everything works cooker heater etc extractor fan ....... nothing zilch nada so it has to be repaired also the awning rail is damaged and the seal on the door all of which will be rectified (best they are) by next saturday .

Cut your losses, get your deposit back and find another dealer. If this is the way they treat you beforfe you take delviery, imagine what it is going to be like once you have taken delivery and then find something wrong!
I really don't know what Salops game is....they are really not doing their reputation any favours by having un-valeted vans on display at extortionate prices. BUT you really cannot fault their aftersales so now that the deal is done I would stick with it.
P.S. One of my close friends is a member of the 'Salop Leisure' family...
