Caroline
We regularly stay at a CS on the top of the Wolds at North Grimston, which has great views but, more importantly for winter 'vanning, is mainly hardstanding. This is very popular with motorhomes who can rarely use a CL/CS in winter. We prefer to camp on the grass except in winter so you may want to consider the plastic matting that the grass grows through (expensive though!) as, hopefully, giving the best of both worlds. Serviced pitches would be a bonus if not too expensive to install, as well as a MH service point.
One thing we really like is pitches with hedging to separate them as in,say. France.
If you could accommodate two separate entrances, I believe it is possible to have two 5 van sites, as long as the facilities are separate.
Hope this helps.
Whereabouts in EY is the site?
Mike
