I have the same problem, they said it is a program glich with vista, (slight smell of cattle droppings) I believe it might have been the extention lead I was using , bit duff me thinks

stay clear of t mobile we have had ours 13 months and had very little connection and t mobile say we are in a very good signal area lol. we got a 18 month contract roll on March 2010
