I was in work this morning and tried in vain a few times to get through by phone. I am now in my lunch break wasting it trying to get through online. Its frustrating.
i think it would make more sense just to accept bookings for next year without advertising the fact weeks in advance.let people find out by browsing the club website,surely it would be less hassle all round for all concerned.
glad we dont bother with bank hols and the more popular sites at peak time weekends so no rush for us.

I dont understand how it lets me log in but then tells me they are busy so will not let me log out or go any further. This must cause some additional tie up in the system. I have managed to get to confirm booking and then it kicks me out. I have been trying since just after 9.
Same here Eddie. Can't understand it.I wonder if anybody has managed to get through via the phone. I got the ringing tone a couple of times only for a recording to tell me to try again later!!!
have just checked my bookings and found out that even though i was kicked off on the very last bit the site is showing up in my bookings. It may be a good idea to see if yours have gone through.
Hi Margeret, Don't take this wrong but what I am saying is, I am signed in but can get no further and have received no emails to confirm either. I have even tried a different computer with the same problem. AAhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Tried all morning to book via phone and the web.Read somewhere that it could be the server that was overloaded. As both my phone and internet are with NTL/Virgin I decided to use my mobile(Vodaphone) I was through straight away and just had to wait a few minutes for someone to take my bookings.Wish I'd tried this before!!!
iv deff got one booked, got email , think another booked as tried again after it crashed and said cant book this as already booked these dates, just 3rd one now, cant even gert into site let alone book

Totally agree. I am glad I don't use it but what a silly system!
Didn't work at all for me this morning. Performance seems to have improved a little after 2pm, I got my bookings in OK. Everyone must be back at work after trying to book during their lunch break.
