Have you got legal protection on your caravan insurance? If so they should help with this matter even if it is just a phone call for legal advice. We had a problem with a plummer and the legal protection on our home insurance really helped us to know how to deal with it.

great news me and the other half were camped outside the dealers office this morning and after a hour of total neg  and its not our fault and the sales man is no longer with the company and every excuse on earth. as we were leaving i lost it and told them that this full story and there company name would be plastered all over this site some thing happend we were given drinks and phone calls were made and wow every thing is sorted the hp is clear

its just great for the little man to win

I'm glad you got this sorted so quickly. I read this last night and was really worried on your behalf. It seemed such a hard luck story that could happen to any one of us. I hope the concensus of opinion on here, saying go to the dealer as it was his problem, helped. It was the correct advice in the end.

Shame it had to be spoiled by the arguments on here. It really doesn't help to criticise the advice or opinions given by others. By all means say you disagree and why, but please don't get personal. Please remember that all opinions are valid. Its up to the OP to weigh up all the responses and make up their own mind on the best way to go.
