we have ours on secure farm storage vans are surrounded by what can be described as a stonehenge type construction of stone pillars cctv £170 a year and access to vans daylight till dusk all year and outside these times with permission after phone call, we never bring it home now as once did and got burgled on day we left for devon, would advise strongly to anyone doing this whatever the cost is better to store than deal with upset and stress of what could happen, your neighbours cant be there all the time, we dont even cancel papers so paper boys cant pass on info to anyone innocent or otherwise you can never ever be careful enough

£1.00 per day outside , secure in Newton Abbot , seems there is a North South divide as far as low cost sites go .
Did pay £43.00 per quarter in Cliff Farm near Tamworth until we moved down here . That was undercover and a bargain for Brum area .

We have our caravan in secure storage for £140 a year (£2.69 a week). We have to ring the owner at least 48 hours in advance so that he can get the caravan out on to the yard for us to collect.
You would need to consider your insurance premiums also as they will vary considerably depending on where you store it. Also, I wouldn't recommend leaving a caravan outside all year, it will age way before it's time. We recently had our Bailey Ranger 2004 damp tested and it passed with flying colours :)
I can give you the details of the storage facility if you wish - it's near Llanidloes, Powys.

got me thinking now because i was always told its best outside as caravan stays weathered, and seals/seams are liable to shrinking and swelling due to different climates of inside then outside for short periods anyone else that can advise on this please
