I just think if we are not careful we will shoot ourselves in the foot.

There aren't enough sites for us all now, and we all seem to be complaining about arrival and departure times.

The way I see it is so what if they have 6 or 7 so long as there is plenty of space between units, especially if they have no facilities

I do take exception to sites when they have more than this and they have facilities, you think you are only sharing with 5 but then you find it can be 7,8,9 or so.

I have been on 5 van site and then they have a rally field. The rally was not supposed to use the facilities 1 loo 1 shwower) but they did it was madness. I made sure I expressed my views to the owner but they didn't care, several years on they are busier than ever.

As I have said before ....no need to name and shame ....just put in a fair and accurate review, people will see then and make their own minds up.

I agree with Janx,  if you want to be off by 10am barred from arriving until 2pm   Higher site fees,  Then this is the way to get it.   For most caravans going native on battery is perfectly feasible.  Grass will flatten when you walk on it.  Should it be your van cannot function without EHU then be adamant that a you booked EHU you expect EHU.

But the chances of another weekend like last week ,  are virtually nil,  so most of the vans are now packed away for winter.  The CLs / CSs will be empty.  Chances are this only happens on bank holidays and Indian summer weekends,  and WOW what a weekend it was.
