Had a delivery today & checked it was a Maypole cover, not the Kampa that I ordered. I refused to accept it & will continue to seek a full refund.
It is a matter of principle, not just consumer law.
Dont forget that as it was an online purchase you have the right to a seven-day cooling-off period from the date you receive the goods, so anybody who accepted a Maypole cover today can still return it if they want.
I echo Porkypie in the sentiments in his last post, thanks & good luck to everybody on this forum.
Hi all, well its day 46 and we finally recieved our cover not the one we ordered but it is green and hubby says it looks good quality, just got to try to get the caravan dry to see if it fits. Fingers crossed that it does cause iv really had it with waiting for delivery men.
One things for sure i will never order anything from a company i dont know again.
I hope every one gets the cover they have ordered or a refund.

I was also informed a parcel was being sent today, direct from Gatwick.
I left a message for Parcelforce to return to sender, so I can't confirm what had actually been sent. By the standards of this company, I suppose it could have been anything.
Personally, there's no way I'd accept a cover from this company and for that reason I'm still pursuing a full refund.
Will keep you informed of the outcome. Fingers crossed.

We were able to recover 126.45 GBP, and this amount has been credited to you. Please allow 5 working days for this adjustment to be posted.
We have since bought an alternative cover from 'Riversway Leisure'. The cover is superb and it was delivered next working day. They even sent a text and email message giving me an approximate delivery time. They happened to deliver the cover 2 minutes earlier than there estimate! I can't recommended them enough.
Just wish we'd seen these comments before we ordered our cover recently from the Caravan Cover Shop. We have had a closer look at the site and every item seems to be pre-order only. We would like to add that the website should not mislead you into thinking that you will get a speedy delivery of the goods ordered, if this is not likely to be the case; particularly as although the price listed was very competitive, the main reason for our order was that we read all the positive testimonials alluding to speedy delivery.... You live and learn!
Well timescales for delivery were not as bad as initially anticipated, the cover arrived today - having been ordered on 5/11/13, so not too bad after all :-)
