The UV degradation has been mentioned with regards to the air tubes.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
The Pro Air is a heavy duty material similar to a proper awning so I don't think that UV will affect/ penetrate the tubes so easily. We have the 260 Pro Air we have only used it once and it seems like a very good but expensive awning

Ordered mine beginning of March and should be delivered this week. The problem was with the factory in China not meeting demands of orders placed by Kampa. I had an email last week from the retailer that was forwarded on from Kampa, explaining the delays.
I read somewhere about the UV issues with them but there was some confusion & it turned out the OP was referring to water leaking though a seem, not air leaking out of a tube.
We ordered a rally air pro 330 at the beginning of April and are collecting it tomorrow. Very excited, although don't know when we will get to use it as my teenage son is having chemo and hasn't been well enough for us to go.
I guess I am lucky as Towsure let me down, so I cancelled the order Tuesday and reordered one from www.thefamilytentshop.com, they had two in stock so I managed to get one of the two. Ordered Tuesday and hopefully delivered this Friday how cool is that
Initially I rang around several places and the earliest date I was often given was end of August beginning of September, absolutely amazed when I dropped one Tuesday, couldn't believe it! Actually best not celebrate yet until I see it and unpack it tomorrow, fingers and toes crossed.... :)
Brilliant! I think people are sceptical due to the concept, its new technology - no one likes change, the price and most of all availability! Kampa could have been the next Apple, iphone of caravanning had they had these well stocked in advance.

Johnnie boy look in my gallery our 302 with the Kampa Air Pro 260 on it the ground wasn't very level and it was our first and only attempt at putting the awning up.We were lucky being one of the first people in the country to get one I rang Norwich camping to order one in advance and she said funnily enough that the Kampa rep was with them and that the first shipment was arriving the next week from China. The next day I received a phone call saying that one was available if I wanted it to which I replied oh yes and it arrived the next day
Looks good and might get one myself when the kampa rally 200 I have is no longer usable.
Only takes a few minutes to put the frame up on the present one and can't justify buying an air awning whilst this one is still serviceable.
