I have a number if small plastic containers, some smaller than a matchbox, some larger.
Being aware of weight in caravan I take small amounts of everything, flour, gravy granules, sauces, mustard, herbs, spices etc etc.
Chop and fry off an onion, add mince and brown, add tbspoon if flour to thicken. Boil water, disolve Oxo, add to mince with S and P.
Simmer on hob for 30 mins.
Usually have with boiled pots and a large tin of French peas and carrots.
