Im glad you are not going to be beaten by these thieves & give up caravanning, we always put our awning up when on site now as at least it may be a bit of a deterrent if thieves think they have got to dismantle it.

Not much of a deterrent as all they do is run a stanley knife along the beading and that is the end of your caravan and awning.
