Jolly good! all sorted then, partly I guess by your mention of this site. Bit like when this sort of dispute is featured on Watchdog or even just on a local TV programme, the footnote is always that the company concerned has sorted it out.

How was the HP cleared? Did the Dealer pay it or was it already cleared but the register hadn't been updated?

the dealer has changed it name not to long ago and now it seeems they are still in trouble and have shut several sites and for you who just need to know they had not cleared the hp it seems like a really sneakey way of keeping there money until they really have to part with it they swear blind that it was a mistake but if that was true why try to fob us off i for one will never step on there property  again and just to prove it i have just spent over £1000 on a awning and other bits i now have my new van and just cant wait for the 1st march so i can use it regards Tozz
