The main problem with bailey leaks appears to be into the front locker via the grab handles.
Is this due to the LED lighting in the handles?
The water then gets trapped under the plastic trays rather than drying out. I would be tempted to put a good layer of paint on the floor of the locker to protect the wood.
My Orion has the table under the sink, but it is only a single leg. I will be fitting a pair of folding legs so it can be used outside. Also I will be fitting a round table rail rather than the fiddly plastic channel. I will fit another rail to the end of the kitchen sink so I can put the small table there to increase kitchen space.
Gas locker over the axle is the space below the tv shelf.
The wardrobe was awkward to get in, I turned the door over so it opens the opposite hand, much better.
Overall I am happy with the design and quality of the van. It is quite spacious for the size of the van

Most foreign built 'vans have small front windows & generally smaller windows all round giving a more rigid body with less flex so seams are less likely to fail.

I have been following this thread with interest, after having Folding campers we have just purchased our first van, a 1997 Elddis Crown Sovereign in great condition which we collect tomorrow, originally we were looking at a 2006 Bailey ranger but after reading about the problems with stress cracks on the 2004 and newer model Baileys we changed our minds, I think the same as Jack+Jon the large windows in a lot of newer vans must weaken the body somewhat and to be honest I prefer the smaller front windows anyway

on ours water was getting behind the grey covers at the end of the grab handles then getting in the lockers via the screw holes ( no sealant round the screws ) and also running along the power supply wire for the led`s.
as you correctly say , the water runs down inner panel and under the plastic floor liners where it rots the floor out un-noticed unless you lift the trays.we had mushrooms growing on the floor of ours after 2 years , disgusting on any van let alone a cutting edge??? £16.5k one !!
there was also an issue with the floor to front panel joint which didnt have enough sealer and contributed to damp problems.
all the underside front corners were painted with "special paint " by the dealer but by the time we offloaded the van it was peeling off where it hadnt stuck properly.under the plastic trays was still bare wood , albeit new wood.
