If we still had the large house we sold 21 years ago, I think we would sell up and go full time. But our down-sizing then has left us with no room to survive a continual explosion in property prices, so I suppose we will just dream on.
And it's no good hoping for a lottery win; we have a job to get one number, never mind about the whole damn six.
I bought a new (to me) caravan in December, it is driving me INSANE not going anywhere in it (its parked on the drive)
I would quite happily go out in feb half term but have had weeks of endless debate and searching to see if my car will tow the new van...and therefore have decided its safer to get another car. Which wont be ready until the end of February!
We go off nearly every weekend to somewhere or another..... don't like staying at home....and it's lovely to wake up in the campervan of a morning and it's been snowing like hell all night ......
