Hi, we are trying to put up a recently purchased Pyramis Orion Awning, have been able to view the video to get the main awning up, but cannot find any instructions for the Tall Annexe,

Does anyone please have a set of instructions/diagram for the poles on the tall annexe?

Many thanks

this the diagram for a dorema tall annexe.
yours may be quite similar to this ,
or just an

A frame at the back of the annexe, and a central pole that attaches to the main awning .
if your annexe has an apex roof, then obviously the frame at the back will need an apex shape, not flat as in the dorema example.

I made the mistake of expecting there to be roof poles at the sides as well as the centre pole, when I was trying to work out what went where .

mine is apex and the centre roof pole has a spiked end that slots into a hole in the middle of the apex bracket, with a clamp on the other end to attach to the main frame .

Hi Guys You will be pleased to know that I dont require instructions! I havejust bought one of these secod handbut have since heard reports about the roof collecting puddles?! I am taking it away for a years use and Im wondering about buying storm straps or extra poles for the roof. I was suprised to find that an awning so big 960 or size 13 only has 3 horizintal roof poles?! Has anyone here had any problems please. I would rather try and avoid the problem whilst Im still in the UK!

Thanks in anticipation

Hi

Mike (noob here). Emailed you Wizard.

Is it possible to buy spare/replacement poles? I'm sure something is missing.

Oh and those funny pads too.

TIA

Mike

Hi there, I have erected a Pyramid Tuscany awning and it looks ok but it a bit saggy but the problem I have been having in with the poles on the outside overhang part, I think it's called the sun canopy? This is the bit round the front top with its own poles, but there are small hooks that fit through the fabric but we're not sure how these should go. Can someone please help?

Regards Sarah
