We bought our Avondale from Forest of Dean Caravans and as it's sited in Pembrokeshire it would've been quite a trek to take it for servicing. I have now had it from the horse's mouth (Avondale and Blazers in Swansea), that you can get it serviced anywhere, as long as they are approved (same as a car). For me that means either towing it to Cross Hands, which isn't very far, or getting a mobile service engineer out (which is preferable, as its sited).
Just wanted to clear that up, I've read a few threads on the subject with differing opinions.
