I'm buying a Swift Charisma 230 caravan - small 2 berth.

Does anyone know whether a Dorema Toronto Awning will fit? Bradcot Portico plus is OK and Ventura Cadet - but Portico XL and Ventura Marlin are too big. They cut across the front window.

We're trying to avoid buying a full size awning because we're a bit tight on weight allowance. But it would be nice to have as much room as possible. We thought the Portico XL was great - but it really is too big.

All ideas welcomed

Dont agree with the weight thing asp.. get the fibre glass or ali poles and the weight is nothing. Even our 985 full size steel dorema scirroco is only 16kg.. Porches are ok for weekends but I swear i can get the full up as quick as a porch.. Dont know if they will fit - are these porch awnings? If so all you need to worry about is the drop to the floor. As for going across the window - didnt bother us when we had our PDQ - even though I thought it would...
