Fraid i don't know everything sorry .
Maggie i would try contacting  Fleetwood  they may just have a repair kit for worktops , if not they should be able to tell you the best way of repairing it .

Thats an easy one, try the supplier below, i use their Laminate Floor repair kit and its great, i also used it on our wood kitchen doors with also their die kit to blend in, i cannot see what i had done their kits are that good.

Didn't quite see the need for a french polisher, quite expensive I would imagine.

With limited experience of seeing the standard of repairs, I was more than content, as it was done free of charge in a ten year old van, perhaps there is a market for such fine skills in hampshire ?

Sorry but that repair in my experiance is pretty poor, have done far better myself on our old oak dinning table which was a scratch and burn mark.  I recon any french polisher would do a better job than that.
