I have a fixed bed caravan and the mattress isnot the most comfortable. Can anybody adise where I could buy a good quality mattress....as you would imagine, the current one folds in half for underbed access and has the corner cut off.

Any help greatly appreciated.

We had the same problem with our fixed bed Avondale Dart, so we bought a 2" matress topper in memory foam (£70 odd off the interweb) but still we were not comfy enough (difficult to please!!!) so we bought a double airbed from argos (£14), to replace the original matress, put the matress topper over that and hey presto -it's MUCH better - great nights sleep!

My mate has same problem, He told me he's put some memory foam on top of original mattress & sorted the job for them.
