I always make sure that I have the damp crystals at each wend of the caravan, when or storage or not, being what caravans are made of, they do sweat and get condensation
any way, leaving a window open slightly does not solve the problem

We remove the cushions ito the house & keep a couple of large dishes of salt, one at each end in the van, this attracts the moisture. I rea;ise you can buy crystals & other stuff, my brother does this but I thought I'd try salt & it works well for us. We do have to change the salt every few weeks, whether you'd have to change the crystals, I don't know.

I use the crystals and also got a protection cover to put over the caravan. Cost me £80 off ebay.

Hi, we 1/4 fill several tubs with salt. It really does work. We pull all cushions away from walls, open all cupboard doors, draws etc and always put a few windows on the catch whenever we sleep in the van, what ever the weather.
