Just bought some ends  carbon fibre ends (the ones that twist and lock) for my awning poles but the old ones seem very tight does any one know if they are glued how do you get them off?

Get a piece of copper pipe or a cane or something that will fit down the opposite end from the fixing and hit  the pipe with a hammer, they come off pretty easily when you do that
