Nice and smart looking with the one peice sides, comfy seating, excellent 3 gas 1 electric hob, microwave a real bumus and is up out the way. Plenty of storeage throughout.
Flimsy gas locker door, exposed screw heads securing the sink look cheap and nasty and don't drop anything on the worktop (my wife took a nice big ceramic mug for her tea, dropped it from the overhead locker and put a hole in the worktop on our second outing)

Hi Jaydee, same thing happened on our Vogue Expression 550. How did you fix it?
Agree with the look of the van, very smart and bright! We nearly bought the 620 and now waiting to see if Swift are going to release something similar to the Bailey Ranger 620/6. If they do we will be trading in the 550. Great van but a bit small for 2 adults and 5 kids under 11.
I rang Barrons up last week because i am looking to upgrade to a bigger van the layout i am looking for is fixed bunks and the back of the van but down the side and barrons have told me that swift are bring out a swift charmisa 650 in this layout and also the abbey group are doing the same van. The van is like the sterling elite trekker.
We have the Abbey Spectrum, but opted for the Vogue upholstery in mushroom as we couldn't live with the orange offered with the Spectrum. Although we have an ongoing dispute with both Swift customer services and Davan the dealers about issues not related to construction, on the whole we've been pretty well satisfied with the caravan. The only niggle has again been the handles on the lockers and drawers. The screws used haven't been long enough and consequently they have 'pulled' out - on one occasion though the handle snapped. We've replaced the screws ourselves with some slightly longer and solved the problem. l love the electric burner on the hob, as I can do a casserole on the very lowest setting and leave it without worrying about naked flames. The shower cubicle, although very stylish is not without logistic problems for those (like me) with large bottoms and knee problems. I would have thought also that by now that the upholstered seat which attaches to the loo lid (offered by one or two other manufacturers) would be available. It would be nice to be able to sit down in comfort to dry one's legs and feet !
We have the sterling europa 620 which is the same van just under a different name. We changed from a bailey pageant bretagne two months ago.We adore the 620, the only thing that could be improved on is the wardrobe access next to the fixed bed.you have to sort of sit on the bed b4 opening the doors. Other than that ,a brilliant van for the money
we have an Abbey freesstyle 540 bought new in march this year.
Like the caravan but quality could be better. first problem was the seat base under the lounge seats breaking when sat on, waiting for replacement (8weeks)
Now the water seal at the bottom of the shower/toilet has split and the cords on the venetian blind have snapped.
