ok i guess i am gonna get called all the names under the sun lol, but has anybody made the mistake of lbs and kg, yes you guessed it i was reading the lbs side of nose weight ,it wasn't until i checked with bathroom scales i realised so i can now sleep at night again thanks for all your input everyone  i feel like a right plonka now lol , every thing heavy loads straight onto the axles so no more worries happy camping

Made the same mistake with raspberry jam, measured fruit in Kg and setting agent for lbs. Would you like some raspberry sauce to take on your holiday? Glad it's all sorted for you.

Talking of bathroom scales dont be afraid to use them for the nose weight via the jockey wheel to weigh up .

Hi there I had trouble getting the nose weight right, cleared it by making sure the van was empty (Just the spare wheel & gas bottles in the front locker)  & level The nose weight Guage  was IN the hitch (not on the under side of the hitch lock) then double checked the accuracy of the guage by placeing bathroom scales under it & comparing the readings on both. The guage was 10 Kg out.I then placed what I could in the van the heavy stuff over the axle .we had to put the awning & some other stuff in the boot but all the rest went in the van, in fact I had to move some stuff forwards to get the 75 Kg as recommended
