Straight away, assuming your guess at the weight is correct, means the tyres are overloaded, 375kgx2 = 750kg!. I can also say this van varied from about 700kg to a little over 900kg depending on year and model.
First then you need to find out what it does weigh and fit some tyres that are adequate to carry that weight, seems to me what you have at the moment is a pair of cheap car tyres.
The calculation BTW should give you 37.5psi and again obviously to much for these tyres.
