Planning our route for our August trip and looking at Motorway Services.

Can someone tell me the best Service Station out of the 3 listed below for caravan parking.  (Northbound)

We are not too bothered about the cost and service, just the ease of parking a caravan really.

M1 J 28-29 - Tibshelf Services

M1 J30-31 - Woodhall Services

M1 J38-39 - Wolley Edge Services.

cant really answer that one till you tell us where your heading!! i wouldnt go to the wolley edge one tho i find it awful and in serious need of updating, it looks a bit shoddy etc etc

If you are using M18 to A1 then there are large services at Ferrybridge which are on the junc of A1M and M62. They are well signed and there are caravan bays right at the bottom end of the car park. Because of their position they don't seem to get cars parking in them. On leaving you are straight onto the r/bout and up onto A1
