 recently brought a new rubber seal for the front window for my compass/Olympus caravan, as the old one was perished. But the one I’ve brought, the seal is smaller than the original, so does not press tight against the window or make a seal.  I've had to put draft excluder also to stop anything getting through.

Can anyone please tell me whether I can buy a bigger seal or is it possible to buy another one from compass, as our local caravan repair shop assures me they are all the same size, and the only difference is that of the thickness of the wall of the caravan?

                  Having changed the window seals on a few vans i have owned, i have only found two types of seal,( the front is wider than the sides,) and should fit,

 check that there is no obstruction at the top of your window, ( stopping the window closing properly ), the window slides in a rail at the top, and sometimes this rail gets grime / tree sap in them.

 Just a thought.
