does anyone know where I could find a secondhand caravan steady for our 1987 Swift Challenger.

It broke when we came home last week and we really don't know how to go about tracking down a part for an old van

any ideas?

I am willing to be corrected, but you should just ba able to unbolt it and go to any caravan dealer, they aren't usually special to van.

I must add that their are two diferent size arms and  some of the holes are in different places so its advised to get the old one off first,

both the boss and the worm rod are replacable from a swift dealership. your best bet would be Harringtons Caravans Ltd, Chester Road, Delamere Forest, Northwich, Cheshire, CW8 2HB  Tel: 01606 882032
