I mark all my stuff at home and when I got the caravan I marked all my stuff and the van with a security marker and recorded where the mark was and what it was with the insurance company, including water hog, waste, pump and each window cos although they have the cris number on I suspect that is the first thing to go...
All items in the van ect ect....
But It would be fun watching them try to steel mine from the locking devices and alrams i have on it...lol
Usual thieves take stuff down the canal tow path but I wonder if they would float Mavis...
well their world just come to an end sadly guess who going to foot the bill for them to be housed in jail.. and the insurance premiums wont come down any.

Glad to see the Police taking this seriously and a big well done, But it will be charged bailed gone without trace after all the effort they the Police put in.
Its disappointing that if it was you or I bail would probably be denied due to the seriousness of the crime and the genuine risk of absconding. Because we are talking about a minority group special consideration was probably given.
Well done to the Police, now what we want is the support of the courts and judicial system to ensure these Bas...... do the time for the crime, and no bail or they will surely disappear and pick up again where they left off. Make sure the Police operation wasn;t a waste of time and resources.

I think most knew this was going to happen even the Police,
I now will keep an eye on this story and see if any sentence is handed out.
chances are they have already disappeared and on the lookout for new vans.
