Hi Dave, dont wish to put a spanner in the works, but we tried 12 months ago at Cresswells, Bramcote Mains and all around the locality.  Nobody had any space but offered to put us on the waiting list!  Fortunately a friend who had space at their home has offered us storage.  You may get lucky if its a small caravan thus using a smaller space, but larger ones are difficult to find.  you could try local farms, but watch out for the insurance issue - some companies dont like caravans stored on farms for some reason!  Good Luck.

hi you could try gopshil farm just out side twycross find it in site finder or ring 01827880212  dont now if thay have any spaces we pay £260 a year for hardstanding the owners are very frendley and the site is great for a short stay to check the van out let me now how thay get on

Just a thought but when coming home on the M6 Just passed the coventry junction I saw a cravan storage place on the right( I was going North) not that far away from nuneaton. cant help anymore on name of the place though.

After to much searching and worrying that the van will be stuck some where it shouldn't  (I think my wifes big mouth would of done as she wanted the van  ha ha) our new van has a place to call home!!

Thank you for all your suggestions and we had already tried them but nice to see we weren't missing an obvious one. But Bramcote Main has come through. One van out and mine in. As I had already spoke to them at the begining of the week a call today proved worth it. I was informed that they are soon going to be expanding to another 200 pitches!!! so keep this storage site in mind. They receive up to 5 calls a day and when I was in the office todays some poor sole was told the last one had gone!!       to me!!!

So if you have your caravan in storage be sure you are not going to change your mind like us and want the space again as you may be in for a long wait.
