Exactly.
I had a warrantee issue on my van inside the first 12 months from new, and the dealer was offering excuses about explorer this and explorer that.
Until I started making a fuss writing straight to the director, reminding him that my contract was with him and not the explorer group. Funny how the problems were solved quite quickly after that.
The workshops will always schedule in the paying work first and warrantee work later.
