We value customer’s feedback good and bad so, we can continuously improve our products.

In fact this year we completely re engineered our wheelclamp to make it much easier and simpler to fit following feedback on this forum.

In response to the previous comments, may we point out that professional thief’s, with unlimited tools, can break all security products given enough time. Although we do actually make a product designed to thwart the type of thief referred to, by farmersboy. It’s called the Mega Wheelclamp.

We understand caravanners complete disappointment if your caravan is stolen with our product fitted. We know however, it does take considerable force to bend one of our wheelclamps off your caravan.
The force required is far in excess of the Sold Secure and SCM standards. Remember our wheelclamp has comprehensively beaten all other products in independent magazine testing including Practical Caravan for the past eight years.

Our key point is however, how disappointed you would be when your caravan is stolen because the Chinese Sold Secure Gold wheelclamp is simply overcome because it never actually met the standard and is next to useless when confronted by a professional thief or worse still amateur thief.

It is caravanners that are not getting what they think they have bought due to shortcomings in the Sold Secure standard.

We would welcome any action by Trading Standards, that ensures in the future if you buy a Sold Secure Gold product, the item you buy, would actually pass the standard.
