Greetings all!
Only a simple query, but proving a real pain!
Can anyone point me to where I could find the catches, or fixings, that hold the top bunk bed sides in place, on the top folding bunk of our Ace Prestige (Globetrotter)?
Our 2004 second hand purchase was a great buy, but had a few bits missing, including the sides and end that will stop our son from rolling out of bed. I have now bought the new pieces, and there is one half of the fixing on the top bunk. It is the type of catch that slides down onto another half, and locks in place.
Without knowing what they are called, or how best to search for them, I've not had any luck, although I'm sure they can't be that rare - or specific to carvans!
Any pointers would be great!
Secondly, if you have this set up, and are familiar with the folding bunks, could I ask; the end/side piece - how is this secured? I have bought all three pieces new, and they are not attached, I am guesing that the side and end piece have a hinges of some sort??
Fingers crossed! Thank you.
