As long as you accept that in certain areas 3G reception is poor no matter which network you are with but it will switch to 2G or GPRs.  Surprisingly I actually found their technical help line to be quite good on the one or two occasions that I used it.

Hi,

 

We use the 3 dongle on pay and go.  Have a look on their website for the current prices as they are restructuring their data tarrifs.  Great bit of kit and we can always look up places to go whilst we are on hols.

Its the deal I am on except I pay £15 a month for 3Gb and the contract is 18 months.

Its fine.  You can use it as much as you like until you have downloaded 3Gb in a month.  After that you pay so much a Mb.  I am not sure how much as I am very unlikely to go above the 3Gb limit.
