Don't know whether to have a mobile engineer service or to take to dealer. Phoned Bailey and was told as long as the mobile company is approved by NCC warranty will not be invalidated, but any warranty has to be done by dealer. Due to ease of mobile I'm tempted to have someone like Happe do the service rather than tow to dealers and back.
You may find mobile ones are a lot cheaper than delaers to, Ours is exactly half the price of our dealer, and also a lot more convenient and you can see exactly what they are up to,

My mobile service man is a lot lot cheaper than my Baily dealer, and plus the fact do not have to take on a 150 mile round trip to get it serviced, luckily I have not had to have any warranty work done on the van yet so that part hasnt arisen yet.

I have just had mine serviced by the dealer and to be honest it wont be g back there again. I booked it in 4 months ago, requesting a new oven door seal. It wasn't done as "Bailey had sent the wrong one". Quite when they sent the wrong one is anybodies guess. Their attitude was "well, you'll just have to bring it back in again". No, I wont, I will fit the damn thing myself and next year use the chappie who has a lock-up at my storage site. The warranty will be up by then.
